About Me
My real name is Ivan Rivera. I am from Ciudad Real, Spain (that's in the middle of La Mancha, the land of "Don Quixote"), where I was born in 1974. But now I live near Madrid, in Villaviciosa de Odan, a truly beautiful place.
I have a degree in Telecommunications Engineering at the ETSIT (Politechnic University of Madrid). I specialized in Telematics, and my working experience includes XML, UML, system design and analysis. You can contact me either in English, Spanish, French or Catalan. You might try to ask me something in German and I'll make an effort to understand you, but no guarantees are made for the answer.
As for my hobbies, I'm more or less your typical geek: I like reading (lots of SF, but also essays, real science, poetry), music (well, that was obvious, but besides Bruckner I happen to be fond of lots of others, including Shostakovich, Bach, and more recently Queen), computers (my first one

The serever which suported the real site went down some time ago(sometime in 2001), so we have colected and reconstructed this site from what info was left, many things arent here yet, such as moast of the gallery (The image of Earth is just a placeholder) and alot of his add-ons.
